Our LDAR (Leak Detection And Repair) program allows you to detect the fugitive emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from all the equipment of industrial, chemical and refinery plants. Thus, you will can plan targeted reparations.
FERP has developed a LDAR 4.0, characterized by a fully computerized approach with no more paper support. In this context FERP makes the photographic inventory of all the equipment of the plant -flanges, valves, pumps, safety valves, agitators, compressors, open ended lines-, followed by the actual monitoring of all the possible sources of potential emission of VOCs, using Flame Ionization Detectors. At the end of the activity, we give to the Client a very detailed report, in which we provide statistic data concerning the monitored plant and its emissive situation.
